New Recipe Alert!!

I’ve been wanting to make this vegetable lasagna for a while now and finally got the chance to do so. I wanted it full of veggies and although I had not planned to put the meat substitute in it at first, I changed my mind and decided to make it hearty. I was thinking about this all throughout my food shopping trip that you can see here

The ingredients:

Next I chopped up some carrots and sautéed that with the meat substitute,

Then I added a half a bag of frozen mixed vegetables,

Now it’s time to layer it in a pan. I put the noodles, then the meat sauce, then the mozzarella cheese until you run out of ingredients or space. I decided to use my non-stick frying pan but you can use a glass or tin pan. I use it for almost everything, it’s my absolute favorite. I got it on QVC about 12 years ago and wish I remembered the name of the brand because I would buy some more pieces.

Put a covering on it, I used aluminum foil, and put in the oven for about 350 degrees for about 30-45 minutes.
