All About My Snacks…

Today is Sunday and rest day in the 30 Day Summer Body Workout Program. Last week I shared some meals I ate during the week but I realized I didn’t share what I snack on. It’s good to have healthy snacks available for those times you want to eat between meals. So I want to share that with you as well.
